Charles Nouwen is a Belgian Master Brewer with 25+ years international experience in the brewing industry. After a long career at ABInbev, wrapping up as Global Director of Innovation, he is now consulting for the beverage industry as Peer To Beer, his own company based in the USA. He’s helping beverage brands, the brewing supply industry and investors de-risk innovation, navigate uncertainty, and turn cross-category trends into high-margin liquid portfolios. Charles is passionate about Beer Culture and teaches brewing science at the University of Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium). He is also a professional sommelier (Advanced Cicerone) regularly judging in top beer competitions around the world.
